Description
In his debut in Il Lombardia, Remco Evenepoel crashed in a ravine during the descent of Muro di Sormano. Evenepoel hit the stone wall on the outer wall of the bridge. He fell of his bike into the ravine fracturing his pelvis and bruising his lung. After eight months, he was back in competition in the Giro d'Italia.
